Shipping Information:

Most orders ship within 48 hours, and shipping time within the US runs 3-4 days for standard ground shipping, 2-3 days for Priority Shipping. For international orders, shipping time routinely runs 5-7 business days depending on the shipping destination and shipping mode selected.

Return Policy Please contact us immediately if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase once your receive it. All items must be returned to us within 2 weeks of receipt. All items must be in new & unused condition. We do not accept returns of items that are damaged in any way after the sale. All items must be in original packaging, including jewelry box if supplied. We do not accept returns of Solid Gold Jewelry, or any item that has been personalized (such as personalized Bibles, etc.) We do not accept returns on orders shipped outside of the US. A Restocking & Processing fee of 20% of the original purchase price (excluding any additional shipping fees paid by the customer) will be deducted from the refund for all returns - no exceptions. Why? Because there are multiple costs associated with returned sales that can not be covered by simply returning the merchandise to us. In addition to restocking & cleaning, these include credit card fees and refund fees for moving funds back & forth between credit card companies and acquiring banks or Paypal, plus packing, shipping and labor costs associated with the sale. We can not accept returns if our customers are not willing to have this fee deducted from their refund to cover these costs.

All warranty claims must be sent to the manufacturer who offers the warranty.

Our Donations We donate 15% of our profit from every purchase to the Catholic Church you specify during checkout. All you need to do is enter the name and address of your church in the "Church" field on the billing page as directed. In most cases it is sufficient to list the name of the church along with the city and state. However, if we are unable to find your church using church directories or the Internet, or if no church is entered, we will donate 15% to a specific charitable cause (National Right to Life, Catholic Charities, or another non-profit charitable organization that is compatible with Catholic teachings). Donations will be dispersed to individual churches and charities on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on volume. Security SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is an accepted standard for transferring information securely across the Internet. It encrypts data passed between the server and the browser, so that unauthorized parties cannot intercept sensitive, confidential or personal information. Our site host - Yahoo! Merchant Solutions, employs SSL to protect your billing and shipping information when it's submitted through your checkout pages, which helps to ensure a reliable, secure shopping experience. Privacy Policy We will only collect information that is required to process a sale and the resulting order, and to provide the necessary data for processing returned items/refunds. We will not provide information about our customers to anyone or any organization outside of our company. Once your order is shipped, we will store all information needed for the purposes listed above in a separate storage device that can NOT be accessed via the Internet. Payment We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards online, as well as PayPal. We also accept Personal Checks drawn on banks within the United States for $200 or less, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders if you prefer to order by mail. Please see our Mail Order page for instructions. Shipping and Taxes We ship most orders via the USPS (regular mail), using whatever rate is most efficient. Shipping is free for many items if you select regular Ground Shipping. Other modes of delivery will cost you more because they cost us more. Why do we provide free ground shipping for so many items? Because we don't like surprises at the end of the purchase experience when we shop online, and we imagine our customers feel the same way. Call us crazy . . . We want you to know what your purchase will actually cost before you go to the trouble of typing in all the pertinent shipping and billing information. We can't do it for every sale. A few of our products may require additional shipping charges due to business agreements we've made with suppliers. Also, if you live in Texas (and bless you if you do, neighbor!) we have to charge you state sales tax. That's the law. Otherwise, we'll do whatever we can to eliminate those end-of-the-purchase surprises.
